A- Ordering with us is one of the simplest things to do! If you navigate to Store page it will guide you from the very first room all the way to your cart and checkout.
Q- Can I customize the SIZE or the COLOR ?
A- the simple answer is ABSOLUTELY !! All of our units can be customized to your specific needs, As we hand build and finish each piece , the dimensions and finish can be tailored to your vision whatever it may be! Q- I have a vision for a piece but don't see anything like it on your site , Can you help me?
A- YES! some of our standard units are from our very own fan base . We love new ideas for pieces and we have even given some of our new designs from fans the option to name them!
Q- How long will my order take to build ?
A- Good question! We understand your home is important and you want it completed ASAP !!!! Once the order is placed we will contact you within 48 hours with an estimated completion date .
Q- What is your return policy ?
A- We can honestly say we stand by our product . If you are not satisfied with the product we ask you give us an opportunity to make it right . If you are still unhappy we ask you return the item & we will sell your item on our site for you and return your funds within 30 days Less 25%.
Q- What if I want to cancel?
A- We hate to see you go but understand things happen! We can issue a refund in full On standard items in 15 business days. Custom orders of any kind will take 30 days.
Q- Do you have a store front?
A- At this time we don't . We are firm on our belief of making primitive furniture for families like ourselves, Budget conscious but more importantly THERE . As most of our fans can attest , when we deliver, its a family affair!! If we incorporate a store front into the mix we would not be able to offer all the great incentive and discounts we do and would miss all those soccer games, dance recitals and school pick ups. In short, it saves you MONEY and saves our SANITY !!!
Q- How can I see your items before I purchase?
A- Our SHOP is by appointment only so if you HAVE to see before purchase we can work out something, Also we have several businesses that have our products in store or fans that are more than willing to allow you to view units if its absolutely necessary.

A- We offer two extremely convenient locations for our fans! We have the Georgia location which is located in Canton Ga right in between Canton and Cumming. We also have a second branch in Florida located in sunny Saint Pete.
